Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Rajashree Game ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, then you may not access the Platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Platform. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  • Collect or harvest information about other users
  • Use the Platform to transmit spam or unsolicited communications

Financial Transactions

Deposits

You may deposit funds into your account using approved payment methods. All deposits are subject to verification and processing times. We reserve the right to refuse or limit deposits at our discretion.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed according to our withdrawal policy. You must have a verified account to withdraw funds. We reserve the right to request additional verification documents before processing withdrawals. Minimum withdrawal amounts may apply.

Refunds

All transactions are final. Refunds are only provided in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable laws.

Fair Play Policy

We maintain strict fair play policies to ensure a level playing field for all users. Any form of cheating, collusion, manipulation, or unfair advantage is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

We use advanced monitoring systems and certified random number generators to ensure fair gameplay. All games are regularly audited for fairness and compliance.

Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rajashree Game and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any content from the Platform without our express written permission.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform. However, by submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform.

You are solely responsible for your content and represent that you have all necessary rights to grant us the license described above.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rajashree Game and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will cease immediately.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us through our contact form. Upon termination, all provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use the Platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
